17 roles. One platform.
Every workspace purpose-built.

CSH-HUB is the only construction platform that gives every project stakeholder a dedicated workspace — from General Contractor to Submittal Coordinator to HR Administrator — built around what they actually do, not a generic dashboard everyone has to work around.

The average GC is paying $27K–$75K/year for tools that create more work than they save.

Manual reconciliation. Disconnected payroll. No audit trail. CSH-HUB replaces your entire stack with one platform.

ADP Payroll
$8K–$15K/yr
No connection to project management or job costing. Payroll errors cascade silently into budget overruns.
QuickBooks
$6K–$12K/yr
Separate login, manual reconciliation every month. No construction-specific cost coding.
Project Mgmt Tools
$10K–$40K/yr
No HR, no payroll link, no compliance tracking. RFIs live in email threads.
Expense / Card Tools
$3K–$8K/yr
Corporate spend siloed from projects — no DCAA audit trail, no project-level coding.
Combined annual cost for a 200-person firm
$27,000–$75,000/yr
vs CSH-HUB Enterprise — all of it replaced

We build natively what others bolt on through integrations.

Procore forces you to integrate 3 separate tools for payroll, compliance, and billing. CSH-HUB has all three built in from day one.

Native · No Integration Required
🏛️

DCAA Compliance Dashboard

FAR 31 cost allowability checker on every transaction. Incurred Cost Electronically (ICE) report generation. Immutable audit log with timestamps. Every other platform requires a third-party add-on.

Procore: No native DCAA. Requires external integration.
Native · No Integration Required
📋

Certified Payroll (Davis-Bacon)

Generate certified payroll reports for prevailing wage projects directly from the payroll module. WOSB dashboard, SAM.gov renewal tracking, and NAICS code compliance — all in one place.

Procore: No native certified payroll. Requires external payroll processor.
Native · No Integration Required
🏗️

AEC Billing & Pay Applications

AIA G702/G703 pay applications generated inside the platform. Stamp, review, and route submittals with Bluebeam-style markup tools. AEC firms get a billing workflow built for architecture.

Procore: AEC billing requires third-party integration.
Enterprise Feature
🤖

BEARY AI Assistant

Construction-aware AI that files documents, generates insights, matches receipts to transactions, and answers project questions — trained on construction workflows, not generic business data.

Procore: Procore Helix is analytics-only. No workflow AI.
Built In
📦

Inventory + Vendor Marketplace

Barcode receiving, cross-module inventory access, and a global vendor marketplace — all linked to project cost codes and job costing automatically. No separate procurement software needed.

Procore: No native inventory management.
Transparent Pricing
💲

No Custom Contract Required

Procore's pricing is volume-based and opaque — mid-size GCs routinely pay 3–5× what they expected. CSH-HUB starts at $499/month with clear tier pricing and no surprise seat fees at Enterprise.

Procore: No public pricing. Custom annual contracts only.

35 modules. One login.

Every module built specifically for construction — not adapted from generic business software.

Built by someone who lived the problem — not someone who read about it.

"I spent years working in construction accounting and watched project after project go over budget because the payroll system, the project management tool, and the accounting software never talked to each other. Nobody was building software that understood what construction firms actually deal with — so I built it."

Kim's cross-disciplinary background in construction, accounting, and healthcare gives CSH-HUB something no general-purpose platform has: a platform designed from the inside out — starting with the workflows that actually cost firms money.

How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers (Sub-processors)

  • Supabase Inc. — Database, authentication, and file storage infrastructure. All data stored in Supabase's SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure.
  • Vercel Inc. — Application hosting and content delivery.
  • Stripe Inc. — Payment processing for platform subscriptions. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
  • Plaid Inc. — Bank account connection and transaction data retrieval. Subject to Plaid's own privacy policy.
  • Resend / SendGrid — Transactional email delivery (notifications, payroll alerts, account emails).

Within Your Organization

Data is shared with other users in your organization based on their role and permissions. Role-based access controls (RBAC) and row-level security (RLS) ensure each user only sees data they are authorized to access.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, including DCAA audits, IRS requirements, and court orders.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on our platform before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Section 05

Financial & Bank Data (Plaid Integration)

Important: When you connect your bank accounts through CSH-HUB, your credentials are never stored by CSH-HUB. Bank authentication is handled entirely by Plaid, a licensed financial data aggregator. CSH-HUB only receives the transaction data and account information that Plaid provides after you authenticate directly with your bank.

When you connect bank accounts through our Plaid integration:

  • Your bank login credentials go directly to Plaid — CSH-HUB never sees or stores them
  • Plaid returns tokenized access to transaction data, which CSH-HUB stores in encrypted form in Supabase
  • You can revoke CSH-HUB's access to your bank data at any time through your account settings
  • Plaid's privacy policy governs the handling of your credentials and bank authentication
  • Transaction data is used solely for reconciliation and financial reporting within your CSH-HUB account

Payroll and SSN Data

Social Security Numbers, bank routing and account numbers, and other sensitive payroll identifiers are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption via Supabase Vault. These fields are never stored as plain text. Access is restricted to authorized users within your organization and to CSH-HUB's infrastructure systems for payroll processing purposes only.

Section 06

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services. Specific retention periods:

Data Type Retention Period Reason
Account data Duration of subscription + 90 days Service continuity
Payroll records (W-2, certified payroll) 7 years IRS and DCAA requirements
Financial records (invoices, AP/AR) 7 years Tax and audit requirements
Project documents and RFIs Duration of subscription + 1 year Contract dispute protection
Bank transaction data 7 years DCAA and financial audit requirements
System logs and security events 90 days Security monitoring

Upon account termination, you may request a full export of your data within 30 days. After the retention period, data is permanently deleted from our systems and backups.

Section 07

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • Encryption at rest: AES-256 encryption for all sensitive data via Supabase Vault. SSNs, bank account numbers, and payroll data are never stored in plain text.
  • Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is protected by TLS 1.2 or higher.
  • Access controls: Role-based access control (RBAC) and row-level security (RLS) enforced at the database level. Users only access data their role permits.
  • Multi-factor authentication: TOTP-based MFA available and required for administrative accounts.
  • Infrastructure security: Hosted on Supabase (SOC 2 Type II certified) and Vercel. We do not manage physical servers.
  • OAuth 2.0: All third-party integrations (QuickBooks, ADP, Plaid) use OAuth 2.0 token-based authentication. No third-party passwords are stored by CSH-HUB.
  • Audit logging: All data access and modification events are logged with timestamps and user attribution for DCAA compliance.

While we implement these safeguards, no system is perfectly secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law within 72 hours of discovery.

Section 08

A standard DPA is included with all Enterprise and Enterprise Plus tier subscriptions. The DPA covers:

  • Subject matter and duration of processing
  • Nature and purpose of processing
  • Types of personal data and categories of data subjects
  • Obligations and rights of the data controller (your organization)
  • Technical and organizational security measures

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about CSH-HUB — platform capabilities, security, onboarding, pricing, and government compliance.

Platform & Features
Procore is built for large enterprise GCs and requires third-party integrations for certified payroll, DCAA compliance, AEC billing, and inventory management. CSH-HUB has all of these built natively — meaning they work out of the box with no additional subscriptions. We also offer transparent, published pricing starting at $499/month, while Procore requires a custom annual contract. For mid-size GCs and AEC firms managing between $1M–$50M in projects, CSH-HUB delivers more relevant functionality at a fraction of the cost.
Yes — and it's designed specifically to serve both sides of the project table. GC firms get a full construction management stack including payroll, estimating, inventory, and government compliance. AEC firms get a dedicated workspace with T&M billing, multi-rate invoicing, AIA G702/G703 pay applications, and subconsultant management. Both sides can work on the same project simultaneously with role-based access keeping each party's financial data private.
Starter supports up to 10 users. Growth supports up to 50 users. Enterprise and Enterprise Plus support unlimited users. The Island Starter Caribbean tier supports up to 5 users at $99/month.
CSH-HUB integrates natively with QuickBooks (sync), ADP Workforce Now (payroll data), NetSuite (Enterprise tier), Stripe (payments and subscriptions), and Plaid (bank account connection and transaction sync). We are building a Procore RFI and submittal integration for AEC firms whose GC partners use Procore. OAuth 2.0 is used for all third-party integrations — no passwords are stored by CSH-HUB.
Yes — iOS and Android, with partial offline mode for field teams with limited connectivity. The mobile app covers daily logs, material receiving with barcode scan, receipt capture, RFI submission, punch lists, and inspection tracking.
BEARY AI is CSH-HUB's construction-aware AI assistant. It matches receipts to transactions automatically, generates insights from your project data, files documents, and answers project questions — trained on construction workflows. BEARY AI is available on Growth tier and above.
Onboarding & Migration
Migration is included at no extra cost for Enterprise and Enterprise Plus clients. The process covers employee records and payroll history from ADP, chart of accounts and transaction history from QuickBooks, and project data from existing systems. A dedicated data migration scoping call is scheduled before go-live to map your existing data structure to CSH-HUB's schema. Typical enterprise migration takes 30 days from contract signing to go-live.
Starter and Growth clients can be live within 5–7 business days using our self-guided onboarding workflow and video library. Enterprise clients receive dedicated onboarding support with a structured 6-phase implementation plan. Government contractors requiring DCAA setup typically take 15–30 days depending on the complexity of their existing accounting system.
Yes. All plans include access to our video walkthrough library. Growth and above include live onboarding sessions. Enterprise includes team training sessions for each major role group — GC team, accounting team, field team — plus a dedicated onboarding manager.
Yes. Many clients run CSH-HUB alongside their existing stack for 30–90 days during transition. We recommend a parallel run period for payroll and accounting specifically, to validate data accuracy before fully cutting over. Your data migration includes a validation step that reconciles CSH-HUB records against your legacy system.
Security & Compliance
All Restricted data — SSNs, bank account numbers, payroll identifiers — is encrypted using AES-256 via Supabase Vault and is never stored in plain text. Data in transit is protected by TLS 1.2 or higher. Row-Level Security (RLS) enforced at the database level ensures users only access data their role permits, even in the event of an application-layer issue.
CSH-HUB's government compliance module is built around DCAA requirements including FAR 31 cost allowability, Incurred Cost Electronically (ICE) report generation, indirect cost rate tracking, and an immutable audit log with timestamps. It also covers WOSB certification tracking and SAM.gov renewal alerts. This is available on the Enterprise tier.
Yes. A standard DPA is included with all Enterprise and Enterprise Plus subscriptions. It covers subject matter and duration of processing, technical and organizational security measures, sub-processor disclosure, and a 72-hour breach notification SLA. Clients with specific regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA-adjacent, state-level) can request a custom DPA.
Only users with roles that have explicit financial access — Payroll Admin, Financial Manager, Admin — can view payroll and financial data. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS) enforce this at the database level. Your GC clients, subcontractors, and architects cannot see your financial records unless you explicitly grant them access.
Yes. Your bank login credentials go directly to Plaid — CSH-HUB never sees or stores them. Plaid returns tokenized access to your transaction data, which CSH-HUB stores encrypted. You can revoke CSH-HUB's access to your bank at any time through your account settings.
Pricing & Contracts
Yes — Starter tier clients can begin with a free trial. Book a demo and we will set up a trial environment with sample data so you can explore the platform before committing. Enterprise clients can request a guided proof-of-concept.
No. Enterprise and Enterprise Plus are priced as flat monthly subscriptions with unlimited users. This is one of the most significant differences from Procore, which charges per user at scale.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time — the difference is prorated and applied immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.
We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and Canadian PAD through Stripe. Enterprise clients can request invoice-based net-30 billing. Caribbean clients can pay in USD via Stripe — all major Caribbean-issued cards are accepted.
You have 30 days after cancellation to export all your data in CSV and PDF formats. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted from our systems. Payroll records and government contract data required by law are retained for 7 years per IRS and DCAA requirements, accessible to you upon request.
Government Contractors
Yes. The government compliance module generates DCAA-ready reports including FAR 31 cost allowability checks on every transaction, ICE report generation, indirect cost rate calculations, and a timestamped immutable audit log. Every financial transaction is traceable to a project, cost code, and cost type — which is what DCAA auditors need.
Yes. Certified payroll is built natively — not through an integration. You can generate WH-347 forms directly from the payroll module for prevailing wage projects. Labor classifications, fringe benefits, and deduction tracking are all handled within the same system as your regular payroll.
Yes. The government compliance module includes a WOSB dashboard with SAM.gov renewal alerts, NAICS code compliance tracking, and certification status monitoring. The platform is built by a WOSB-eligible founder and is designed to support the compliance needs of women-owned government contractors.

📱
M-Pesa Native Billing
STK Push for marketplace orders, Paybill for subscriptions, B2C payouts to vendors and subcontractors. Fully integrated with Safaricom Daraja 3.0 — the same infrastructure that processes 100M+ transactions daily.
🏛️
NCA Compliance Module
Guided NCA project registration checklist, contractor license tracking (NCA-1 through NCA-8), compliance certificate storage with expiry alerts. Never assign an unlicensed contractor to a project again.
🧾
KRA / eTIMS Integration
Every invoice generated in CSH-HUB is eTIMS-compliant and transmits to KRA automatically. VAT at 16% auto-calculated. Withholding tax (resident 3%, non-resident 20%) flagged on every payment. Monthly iTax return reports ready to upload.

Kenya-standard contract templates — JBC Green Book for private projects, FIDIC Red/Yellow Book for public and donor-funded work. Change orders and Interim Payment Certificates generated in the correct Kenyan format.
🌍
Africa Vendor Marketplace
Curated Kenyan and East African suppliers — cement, steel, roofing, tiles, MEP components. Order from within your project dashboard and track delivery against your BOQ. No more China sourcing trips.
